How to Prepare Your Roller Bottle:
Your roller bottle arrives with a plug to keep the farm-harvested lavender oil fresh and prevent any leaks during shipping. Each bottle has been cleansed and infused with intention, so as you switch to the roller top, take a deep breath and say a positive affirmation related to your intention to set the energy you want to carry with you.
1. Remove the cap from your bottle.
2. Hold the bottle upright with a firm grip in one hand, and carefully remove the plug with your other hand so the oil doesn’t spill.
3. Insert the roller top while continuing to hold the bottle upright. Push it down gently until it clicks into place.
4. Prime your roller by gently rolling it on your skin a few times to start the flow of oil. You can also use your finger to get the ball rolling.
5. Apply the oil to the desired area. Examples: pressure points, neck, shoulders, behind the ear, temples, wrists, collar bone.
6. Take a moment to enjoy your intermission and the soothing scent of lavender, and start rolling with the universe!
